Lauren Spence

I’m a London-based actor and facilitator, trained at Mountview and East 15, where I graduated with a First-Class BA in Acting. My work spans performance and education, using storytelling and drama to support young people, as well as helping older adults reignite their confidence and creativity through theatre. I’m supporting Speech Bubbles because I’ve seen how powerful imaginative play can be in helping children make their voice clearer, build self-belief, and feel truly heard in a safe, expressive space, which helps to build a more confident and imaginative society, as little people will inevitably grow up, carrying these skills into adulthood.
