Elizabeth Kennedy, General Manager

Elizabeth Kennedy is a creative leader, artist and project manager. She has over 20 years of experience working in the charity, education and arts sectors. Her work focuses on how creativity, drama and communication can help people connect, express themselves and feel confident.

Elizabeth is neurodivergent, and this shapes her inclusive approach to her work. She is General Manager at Speech Bubbles CIO, where she helps run drama‑based programmes that support children’s speech, language and communication. She also works as a visual artist and workshop facilitator, bringing a warm, practical and people‑focused approach to everything she does.
